     Bartholomew Barnewall was the son of Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. and Catharine Rose Aylmer.¹ He died, young.¹

     Mary Anne Barnewall was the daughter of Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. and Margaret Jane Palmer.¹ She married Clarges Ruxton, son of William Ruxton and Anna Upton.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Ruxton.¹

     Clarges Ruxton was the son of William Ruxton and Anna Upton.^2,3 He married Mary Anne Barnewall, daughter of Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. and Margaret Jane Palmer.¹ He died, without issue.³
     He lived at Rahanna, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹

     Anne Brown was the daughter of Joseph Brown.¹ She married John Barnewall, son of Bartholomew Barnewall and Mary Colt.¹
     Her married name became Barnewall.¹

     Joseph Brown lived at Kilpatrick, County Westmeath, Ireland^G.¹

     Barbara Chambers was the daughter of Dr. unknown Chambers.¹ She married Bartholomew Barnewall, son of John Barnewall and Anne Brown.¹
     Her married name became Barnewall.¹

     Dr. unknown Chambers gained the rank of Surgeon in the Kilkenny Militia.¹

     Ellen Saunders married John Aylmer Barnewall, son of Bartholomew Barnewall and Barbara Chambers, on 19 May 1840.¹ She died on 10 January 1877.¹
     From 19 May 1840, her married name became Barnewall.¹
