     Simon William Barrow was born on 17 January 1942.1 He was the son of Alfred Francis Lendon Barrow and Ruth Mary Milsum.1 He married Brenda Cora Kelly, daughter of Dermot Ernest Kelly, in 1977.1 He died on 8 December 2006 at age 64.2
     Simon William Barrow was educated at Stonyhurst College, Lancashire, England.1 He graduated from Reading University, Reading, Berkshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours (B.A.).1 He graduated with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (P.G.C.E.).1 He was Magistrate of the Youth Referral Panel for Restorative Justice.1 He was Headmaster at Oratory School, Woodcote, Reading, Berkshire, England.1 He lived in 2003 at Marisol Park, Calpe, Alicante, Spain.1 He lived in 2003 at 19 Treforgan, Caversham, Berkshire, England.1
