     Susan Cook was the daughter of Thomas Cook.1 She married Laurence Bathurst, son of Sir Edward Bathurst, 1st Bt. and Anne Morris.1
     Her married name became Bathurst.1

     Sir Edward Bathurst, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1665.1 He was the son of Laurence Bathurst and Susan Cook.1 He died on 21 March 1677, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bathurst, of Lechlade, co. Gloucester and of Farrington, co. Oxford [E., 1643] on 6 August 1674.1

     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bathurst, of Lechlade, co. Gloucester and of Farrington, co. Oxford [E., 1643] on 21 March 1677.1

     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bathurst, of Lechlade, co. Gloucester and of Farrington, co. Oxford [E., 1643] circa 1690.1 He embarked for New Georgia with General Oglethorpe, along with his wife and part of his family.1

     Sir Laurence Bathurst, 6th Bt. was the son of Sir Francis Bathurst, 5th Bt. and Frances Peacock.1 He died circa 1780 at Georgia, U.S.A.G, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Bathurst, of Lechlade, co. Gloucester and of Farrington, co. Oxford [E., 1643] circa 1738.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became dormant, and possibly extinct. According to Cokayne, it is possible there are descendants of the other sons of the first Baronet still living.1
