     Reverend Arthur Frederick Pope was born on 4 February 1840.² He was the son of Edward Pope and Augusta Bigge.² He married Catherine Isabella Ellen Rose, daughter of Major James Rose, 23rd of Kilravock and Anna Maria Twemlow, on 30 July 1881.² He was also reported to have been married on 31 July 1881.³ He died on 13 March 1921 at age 81.²

     Patricia Anne Squires is the daughter of Harry Stanley Squires.¹ She married John Rose Pope, son of James Alister Pope and Judith Chevallier Beevor, on 9 June 1956.¹
