     Hon. Dorothy Henrietta Hamilton was born on 24 March 1888.1 She was the daughter of James Hamilton, 9th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Georgina Watson.1 She married Major Bertram Joseph Wakley, son of Henry Wakley, on 29 August 1916.1 She died on 7 July 1951 at age 63, leaving issue.1
     From 29 August 1916, her married name became Wakley.1

Major Bertram Joseph Wakley1

     Major Bertram Joseph Wakley was the son of Henry Wakley.1 He married Hon. Dorothy Henrietta Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, 9th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Georgina Watson, on 29 August 1916.1 He died on 11 February 1917, from wounds received in action.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal North Lancashire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War.

Alfred George Horsley-Carr, son of William Horsley-Carr, on 19 April 1921.1 She died, leaving issue.1
     From 22 November 1913, her married name became Simpson.1 From 19 April 1921, her married name became Horsley-Carr.1

     James Cowie Simpson was the son of James Cowie Simpson and Margaret Watson.1 He married Hon. Georgina Violet Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, 9th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Georgina Watson, on 22 November 1913.1 He died on 4 December 1916, killed in action.1
     He was appointed Fellow, Geological Society (F.G.S.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.1 He fought in the First World War.

     Margaret Watson was born on 18 February 1857.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Watson, 1st Bt. and Agnes Simpson.1,2 She married James Cowie Simpson on 19 July 1877.2 She died on 18 January 1939 at age 81.2
     From 19 July 1877, her married name became Simpson.1 In 1924 her name was legally changed to Margaret Watson Simpson.2

     S/Ldr. Alfred George Horsley-Carr was the son of William Horsley-Carr.1 He married Hon. Georgina Violet Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, 9th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Georgina Watson, on 19 April 1921.1 He died on 12 February 1926, accidentally killed while flying.1
     He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1
