     Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. was born on 1 June 1913 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa.2 He was the son of George Puxley Duntze, 5th Bt. and Violet May Sanderson.2 He married, firstly, Joan Bradstock on 30 July 1941.1 He married, secondly, Nester Herbert, daughter of Thomas Richards Penderel Herbert and Florence Anne Travers Smyth, on 5 November 1966.1 He died on 20 May 1985 at age 71 at London, England.2
     Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Duntze on 20 May 1947.1

     From 30 July 1941, her married name became Duntze.1
