     Catherine Annesley was born circa 1642.1 She was the daughter of Francis Annesley, 1st Viscount Valentia and Jane Stanhope.1 She and Sir Randal Beresford, 2nd Bt. obtained a marriage license on 20 February 1662/63. She died on 3 April 1701.1 She was buried at St. Michan's Church, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
     From 20 February 1662/63, her married name became Beresford.1
