     Julia Emma Frances Shaw was the daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler.1 She married Thomas Reginald Colquhoun Dill, son of Lt.-Col. Marcus Gordon Dill and Margaret Colquhoun, on 9 August 1894.1 She died on 12 July 1937.1
      From 9 August 1894, her married name became Dill.1

     Thomas Reginald Colquhoun Dill was born in 1859.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Marcus Gordon Dill and Margaret Colquhoun.3 He married Julia Emma Frances Shaw, daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler, on 9 August 1894.1 He died on 6 November 1934.1
     He was educated at Brighton College, Brighton, Sussex, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1885 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.2 He was Conveyancing Counsel to the Court.2 He lived at 8 Old Square, Lincoln's Inn, London, England.2

     Annie Maria Shaw was the daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler.1 She married Richard Mawdistly Best, son of Richard William Mawdistly Best and Maria Anna Jones, on 1 November 1906.1 She died on 27 November 1929.1
      From 1 November 1906, her married name became Best.1

     Richard Mawdistly Best was born on 5 February 1870.2 He was the son of Richard William Mawdistly Best and Maria Anna Jones.1,2 He married Annie Maria Shaw, daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler, on 1 November 1906.1 He died on 14 March 1918 at age 48.1

     He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He held the office of Governor-General of Ceylon between 1904 and 1906.1
