     Stephen Bosanquet Best-Shaw was born on 9 August 1935.1 He was the son of Sir James Kennedy Best-Shaw, 9th Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Theodora Hughes.1 He married Elizabeth Annette Freda Hayward, daughter of Gerald Baldwin Hayward and Margaret Sarah Godfrey-Faussett, on 11 April 1964.1 He died on 6 February 2000 at age 64.1
     Stephen Bosanquet Best-Shaw was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.1 He was with the Combined Insurance Company of America.1
