     Frederick Joseph Parsons was the son of Joseph Parsons.1 He married Hon. Grace Bethell, daughter of Sir John Henry Bethell, 1st Baron Bethell and Florence Wyles, on 29 April 1927.1 He and Hon. Grace Bethell were divorced in 1957.1 He died on 4 January 1966.1
     Frederick Joseph Parsons held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1
