     Edith Wilmhurst Challen was the daughter of Stephen William Challen.1 She married Sir Robert Bland Bird, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Alfred Frederic Bird, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Frances Evans, on 23 July 1904.1 She died on 1 June 1961.1
     From 23 July 1904, her married name became Bird.1 She was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1957.1

     Pamela Stephanie Helen Bird was born in 1909.1 She is the daughter of Sir Robert Bland Bird, 2nd Bt. and Edith Wilmhurst Challen.1 She married, firstly, Reginald William Bell, son of Randal Bell, on 26 July 1934.1 She and Reginald William Bell were divorced in 1946.1 She married Alain de Mauduit, Vicomte de Kervern, son of Robert de Mauduit, on 24 May 1951.1 She and Alain de Mauduit, Vicomte de Kervern were divorced in 1973.1
     From 26 July 1934, her married name became Bell.1 From 24 May 1951, her married name became Mauduit.1 On 1974 her name was legally changed to Evans by Deed Poll.1 She lived in 2003 at Mille Fiori, Saint-Florent, France.1
