     Rachel Collier Hingston was born in 1799.1 She was the daughter of Catharine Phillips Tregelles.1 She married George Fox, son of Edward Fox and Mary Brown, in 1819 at Plymouth, Devon, England.1
     From 1819, her married name became Fox.1

     Sir Herbert William Blyth, 2nd Baron Blyth was born on 1 March 1868.1 He was the son of Sir James Blyth, 1st Baron Blyth and Eliza Mooney.1 He was baptised at Trinity Church, St. Marylebone, London, England.1 He married Sylvia Mary Dennis, daughter of Edwin Edward Dennis, on 12 January 1927.1 He died on 27 February 1943 at age 74, without issue.2
     Sir Herbert William Blyth, 2nd Baron Blyth was educated between 1883 and 1885 at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.3 He was a director of W. & A. Gilbey & Company Ltd.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Blyth [U.K., 1895] on 8 February 1925.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Blyth, of Blythswood, Stansted-Mountfitchet, Essex [U.K., 1907] on 8 February 1925.1
