     Rev. Hon. Thomas Orde-Powlett was born on 24 January 1822.1 He was the son of Hon. Thomas Powlett Orde-Powlett and Letitia O'Brien.1 He married Elizabeth Jane Wyvill, daughter of Marmaduke Wyvill, on 19 February 1846.1 He died on 12 September 1894 at age 72.1
     Rev. Hon. Thomas Orde-Powlett graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Rector at Wensley, Yorkshire, England.1
