Chase-Gardener, daughter of Geoffrey Chase-Gardener, on 20 April 1978.2,3 He and Sally A. Chase-Gardener were divorced.4
     Patrick James Joseph Borthwick usually went by his middle name of James.1 He was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1
