Robin Sandbach Borwick was born on 22 March 1927.¹ He was the son of Robert Geoffrey Borwick, 3rd Baron Borwick and Margaret Elizabeth Sandbach.¹ He married Patricia Garnett McAlpine, daughter of Robert Edwin McAlpine, Baron McAlpine of Moffat and Ella Mary Gardner Garnett, on 2 December 1950.¹ He died on 26 November 2003 at age 76 at 20 South Street, Wells, Somerset, England.²
