     Wyndham Knatchbull gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 3rd Dragoon Guards.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Babington, Bath, Somerset, England.1

     Wadham Knatchbull was born on 7 April 1831.1 He was the son of Reverend Wadham Knatchbull and Louisa Elizabeth Wyndham.1 He married Maria Helena Faussett, daughter of Reverend Bryan Faussett, in August 1862.1 He died on 18 April 1914 at age 83.1
     Wadham Knatchbull graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cornwall.1
