     George Galwey was the son of Edward Galwey.1 He married Joanna Waters, daughter of John Waters.1 He died between 1573 and 1579.1 His will was probated on 29 April 1579.1
     George Galwey was Alderman of Cork.1 He held the office of Bailiff of Cork in 1573.1
