     Edward Galwey was the son of John Galwey and Emily Gould.2 He married Louisa Galwey, daughter of Captain James Edward Galwey and Marcella McEvoy, in June 1837.1 He died on 7 October 1859.1
     Edward Galwey held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Doon, County Clare, Ireland.1

     Antionette Galwey was the daughter of Captain James Edward Galwey and Marcella McEvoy.1 She married Matthew Canny.1 She died on 19 July 1879.1
     Her married name became Canny.1

     Captain Pierce Galwey was the son of Edward Galwey and Jane Westropp.1 He married Sarah Johnson.1 He died in July 1830, drowned off Cork Harbour.1
     Captain Pierce Galwey gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 26th Regiment.1
