     William Parsons was the son of Sir Laurence Parsons and Jane Malham. He married Dorothy Philips, daughter of Sir Thomas Philips, on 19 June 1636. He died in 1653.

     Dorothy Philips was the daughter of Sir Thomas Philips. She married William Parsons, son of Sir Laurence Parsons and Jane Malham, on 19 June 1636.
     Her married name became Parsons.

     Sir Laurence Parsons, 1st Bt. was the son of William Parsons and Dorothy Philips. He married Frances Savage, daughter of William Savage.1 He died in 1698.1
     Sir Laurence Parsons, 1st Bt. was created 1st Baronet Parsons, of Birr Castle [Ireland] on 15 December 1677.1

     Frances Savage was the daughter of William Savage.1 She married Sir Laurence Parsons, 1st Bt., son of William Parsons and Dorothy Philips.1 She died on 2 November 1701.1

     Sir William Parsons, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Laurence Parsons, 1st Bt. and Frances Savage.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Preston, daughter of Sir George Preston.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth St. George, daughter of Sir George St. George, on 10 February 1718/19.2 He died on 17 March 1740/41.1
     Sir William Parsons, 2nd Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for King's County [Ireland] between 1692 and 1741.2 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Parsons, of Birr Castle [I., 1677] in 1698.2

     William Parsons was the son of Sir William Parsons, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Preston.1 He married Martha Pigott, daughter of Thomas Pigott, in February 1705/6.1 He died before 1740.
     He was his father's only son.2

     Elizabeth St. George was the daughter of Sir George St. George.1 She married, firstly, Reverend Dillon Ashe before 1718.1 She married, secondly, Sir William Parsons, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Laurence Parsons, 1st Bt. and Frances Savage, on 10 February 1718/19.1 She died on 6 February 1739/40, without issue.1
     From before 1718, her married name became Ashe.1 Her married name became Parsons.
