     Heather Renwick Brown, Baroness Brigstocke was born on 2 September 1929.¹ She was the daughter of S/Ldr. John Renwick Brown and May J. C. Brown.¹ She married, firstly, Geoffrey Brigstocke in 1952.¹ She married, secondly, William Hugh Griffiths, Baron Griffiths on 22 January 2000.¹ She died on 30 April 2004 at age 74 at Greece, as the result of a traffic accident.²

     Geoffrey Brigstocke was born on 4 August 1917.² He married Heather Renwick Brown, Baroness Brigstocke, daughter of S/Ldr. John Renwick Brown and May J. C. Brown, in 1952.¹ He died on 3 March 1974 at age 56.¹
