     Peter William Urquhart is the son of Maj.-Gen. Ronald Walton Urquhart.2 He married Hon. Anne Serena Griffiths, daughter of William Hugh Griffiths, Baron Griffiths and Evelyn Krefting, in 1976.1
     He was a stockbroker.1 He retired from the military, with the rank of Lieutenant, late of the Royal Engineers.1
