Louis Eugene Bylandt was born on 15 September 1808 at Mastland, Prinzenhager, Breda, The Netherlands.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Count William Frederick Bylandt and Mary Christian.1 He married Baroness Francisca Fedardrina Margaretta Clara van Lynden on 22 May 1862 at Hemmen, The Netherlands.1 He died on 17 November 1888 at age 80 at Ouchy, Switzerland.1
Louis Eugene Bylandt was invested as a Grand Officer, Order of the Crown. He was Intendant of the Royal Palaces. He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Lancers.1
