     John Dudley Blois was born on 17 June 1915.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Dudley George Blois and Georgina Isabella Frances Domville.1 He married Elizabeth Catharine Maxwell, daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Wellwood George Courtenay Maxwell and Elizabeth Compton Cavendish, on 28 April 1948.1 He died on 19 January 1954 at age 38.1
     John Dudley Blois was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Irish Guards.1 He gained the rank of Wing Commander in the service of the Royal Air Force Regiment.1
