     William Henry Persse was born on 27 July 1863.2 He was the son of Henry Sadleir Persse and Eleanor Alice Seymour.2,3 He married Mary Powlet Cosby, daughter of Colonel Robert Ashworth Godolphin Cosby and Alice Sophia Elizabeth Pocock, on 17 May 1893.4 He died on 3 January 1924 at age 60.2
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Galway Town in 1888.2

     Lt.-Col. Hugh Cane married Annabella Bayley, daughter of Thomas Bayley and Bridget Dixie, on 25 August 1776.1 He died on 9 June 1783 at Winterton, Berkshire, England.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 5th Dragoon Guards.1

     Sir Matthew Blakiston, 2nd Bt. was born in 1761 at Mansion House, London, England.1 He was the son of Sir Matthew Blakiston, 1st Bt. and Annabella Bayley.1 He married Anne Rochfort, daughter of John Rochfort and Dorothea Burgh, in September 1782.1 He died on 20 September 1806.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in October 1806.1
     He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Blakiston, of London [G.B., 1763] on 14 July 1774.1

     He was educated at Wellington College, Wellington, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Marines.2
