     Sir Charles Richard Blunt, 4th Bt. was in the Honourable East India Company Service, in the Bengal Civil Service.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Blunt, of London [G.B., 1720] on 29 August 1802.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lewes between 1831 and 1840.²
