     Alexander Gordon Morison, 13th of Bognie and Mountblairy was born on 1 May 1920.1 He was the son of Duncan Maitland Morison, 12th of Bognie and Mountblairy and Sarah Margaret Copeland.2 He married Yvonne Isabelle Angus, daughter of Ian McLean Angus, on 31 March 1941.1 He died on 20 February 2013 at age 92.3
     He fought in the Second World War between 1941 and 1945, in the Westminster Regiment.1 He was a farmer and estate manager.1
