     From 1 November 1719, her married name became Lampe.1

     John Baring was born on 15 October 1730 at Exeter, Devon, England.1,2 He was the son of John Baring and Elizabeth Vowler.1 He married Anne Parker, daughter of Francis Parker, on 24 November 1757.1 He died on 9 February 1816 at age 85 at Larkbeare, Devon, England.1,3
     John Baring held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Exeter between 1776 and 1800.4

     Elizabeth Parker was born in 1731.2 She was the daughter of Francis Parker.1 She married, firstly, Thomas Vowler Baring, son of John Baring and Elizabeth Vowler, on 24 August 1758.2 She married, secondly, William Spicer on 9 January 1763.2
     From 24 August 1758, her married name became Baring.2 From 9 January 1763, her married name became Spicer.2
