     George Hurst Fowler was born on 6 April 1866.2 He was the son of Robert Fowler and Laetitia Mabella Coddington.3 He married Mabel Blakiston-Houston, daughter of John Blakiston-Houston and Marian Gertrude Streatfeild, on 24 June 1896.1 He died on 17 April 1928 at age 62.1
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Eureka, Kells, County Meath, IrelandG.2
