     Lieutenant Charles Augustus Penrhyn Boileau was born on 9 August 1835.1 He was the son of Sir John Peter Boileau, 1st Bt. and Lady Catherine Sarah Elliot.1 He died on 1 August 1855 at age 19 at Malta, from wounds received in action.1
     Lieutenant Charles Augustus Penrhyn Boileau gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He fought in the Siege of Sebastopol on 18 June 1855, where he was mortally wounded.1
