     Louisa Sophia Charlotte de Joux was baptised on 2 December 1829 at St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Jean Gedeon Rene de Joux and Anne Selina Macartney Johnson.¹ She married Lieutenant Hon. Edward Henry Venables-Vernon, son of Lt.-Col. Henry Venables-Vernon and Eliza Grace Coke, on 21 January 1851 at St. Brelade, Jersey, Channel Islands.¹ She died in 1895.²
      Her married name became Sedley. Her married name became Venables-Vernon.

     Sir William Henry Venables-Vernon was born on 1 January 1852.¹ He was the son of Lieutenant Hon. Edward Henry Venables-Vernon and Louisa Sophia Charlotte de Joux. He married Julia Matilda Gosset, daughter of Philip Gosset, on 18 December 1880.¹ He died on 23 January 1934 at age 82.¹
     He was also known as William Henry Sedley.¹ He was Slr-Gen Jersey , Attorney-Gen 1884, Cdre Royal Imperial Order of the Crown of India (C.I.) Yacht Club, Balliff and Pres Royal Court and States of Jersey 1899–1931, knighted 1903, Honour Doctor of Law (LL.D.) U of Caen 1923 in 1880.¹ He was Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1921.¹

     Julia Matilda Gosset was the daughter of Philip Gosset. She married Sir William Henry Venables-Vernon, son of Lieutenant Hon. Edward Henry Venables-Vernon and Louisa Sophia Charlotte de Joux, on 18 December 1880.¹ She died on 5 March 1954.¹
     She lived Bagot Manor.¹ Jersey.¹ Her married name became Sedley. Her married name became Venables-Vernon.

     Hon. William John Borlase-Warren-Venables-Vernon was born on 1 April 1834.² He was the son of George John Vernon, 5th Baron Vernon and Isabella Caroline Ellison. He married, firstly, Agnes Lucy Boileau, daughter of Sir John Peter Boileau, 1st Bt. and Lady Catherine Sarah Elliot, on 8 May 1855.¹ He married Annie Georgiana Eyre, daughter of Charles Eyre, on 25 February 1884.² He died on 12 November 1919 at age 85, having by her had:.²
     He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) (Derbys and Staffs).² He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) (Staffs).² He was Accademico Corrispondente della Crusca Florence, Socio Corrispondente del Reale Instituto Lombardo di Scienza e Letteratura Milan, Commendatore Order Crown Italy, Cavalry Order SS. Maurce and Lazarus Italy, Kt Royal Order St Olaf Norway.² He was also known as William John Venables-Vernon.²

     Agnes Lucy Boileau was born circa 1833.² She was the daughter of Sir John Peter Boileau, 1st Bt. and Lady Catherine Sarah Elliot.¹ She married Hon. William John Borlase-Warren-Venables-Vernon, son of George John Vernon, 5th Baron Vernon and Isabella Caroline Ellison, on 8 May 1855.¹ She died on 30 September 1881.¹
      Her married name became Borlase-Warren-Venables-Vernon.

     Sir John Peter Boileau, 1st Bt. was born on 2 September 1794.¹ He was the son of John Peter Boileau and Henrietta Pollen.¹ He married Lady Catherine Sarah Elliot, daughter of Gilbert Elliot-Murray-Kynynmound, 1st Earl of Minto and Anna Maria Amyand, on 14 November 1825.¹ He died on 9 March 1869 at age 74.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Boileau, of Tacolneston Hall, co. Norfolk [U.K.] on 24 July 1838.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹

     Lady Catherine Sarah Elliot was born circa 1798.² She was the daughter of Gilbert Elliot-Murray-Kynynmound, 1st Earl of Minto and Anna Maria Amyand.^1,3 She married Sir John Peter Boileau, 1st Bt., son of John Peter Boileau and Henrietta Pollen, on 14 November 1825.¹ She died on 25 June 1862.¹
      Her married name became Boileau.

     Reginald William Borlase-Warren-Vernon was born on 27 January 1856.¹ He was the son of Hon. William John Borlase-Warren-Venables-Vernon and Agnes Lucy Boileau. He married Georgiana Cowper Cooper, daughter of William Smith Cowper Cooper, on 20 May 1879.¹ He died on 26 April 1912 at age 56.¹

     Georgiana Cowper Cooper is the daughter of William Smith Cowper Cooper. She married Reginald William Borlase-Warren-Vernon, son of Hon. William John Borlase-Warren-Venables-Vernon and Agnes Lucy Boileau, on 20 May 1879.¹ She married D. J. Dewar-Murray on 7 March 1918.
      Her married name became Borlase-Warren-Vernon. Her married name became Dewar-Murray.
