Albert Edward Stanley Clarke, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Stanley de Astel Calvert Clarke, on 5 December 1907.1 She died on 8 June 1926 at age 51.1

     Lt.-Col. Albert Edward Stanley Clarke was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Stanley de Astel Calvert Clarke.2 He married Evelyn Margaret Baird, daughter of Sir Alexander Baird of Ury, 1st Bt. and Hon. Annette Maria Palk, on 5 December 1907.1 He died on 8 June 1926.1
     Lt.-Col. Albert Edward Stanley Clarke gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Scots Guards.3 He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.).4 He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).4
