     Frank Bibby was born on 4 January 1857.1 He was the son of James Jenkinson Bibby and Sarah Cook.1 He married Edith Mary Clarke, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Stanley de Astel Calvert Clarke, on 22 July 1890.1 He died on 12 February 1923 at age 66.1
     Frank Bibby held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Shropshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Shropshire in 1900.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.1 He lived at Hardwicke Grange, Hadnall, Shropshire, England.1 He lived at Sansaw, Clive, Shropshire, England.1

     Edith Mary Clarke was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Stanley de Astel Calvert Clarke.1 She married Frank Bibby, son of James Jenkinson Bibby and Sarah Cook, on 22 July 1890.1 She died on 11 January 1933.1
     From 22 July 1890, her married name became Bibby.1
