     Margaret Catherine Blackwood was the daughter of Sir John Blackwood, 2nd Bt. and Dorcas Stevenson, Baroness Dufferin and Clandeboye.1 She married Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt. on 11 June 1788.1 She died on 5 April 1846 at Henrietta Street, Cavendish Square, Marylebone, London, England.1
     From 11 June 1788, her married name became Dallas.1

     Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt. was born on 6 April 1758 at London, England.1 He married Margaret Catherine Blackwood, daughter of Sir John Blackwood, 2nd Bt. and Dorcas Stevenson, Baroness Dufferin and Clandeboye, on 11 June 1788.1 He died on 14 January 1833 at age 74 at Brighton, Sussex, England.1
     Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt. was created 1st Baronet Dallas, of Petsal, co. Stafford [Great Britain] on 31 July 1798.1
