     Sir William Bruce of Stenhouse, 7th Bt. was the son of Sir Michael Bruce of Stenhouse, 6th Bt. and Mary Agnew.1 He married Anne Colquhoun Fairlie, daughter of Sir William Cunningham-Fairlie of Robertland and Fairlie, 6th Bt. and Anne Colquhoun, in June 1795.2 He died on 17 November 1827.2
     Sir William Bruce of Stenhouse, 7th Bt. succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Bruce, of Stenhouse [N.S., 1628] on 1 November 1795.1

     Michael Bruce was born on 28 May 1787.1 He was the son of Patrick Craufurd Bruce and Jane Smith.1 He married Marianne Dallas, daughter of Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt., on 15 August 1818.1 He died on 5 November 1861 at age 74.1

     Marianne Dallas was the daughter of Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt..1 She married, firstly, Captain Sir Peter Parker, 2nd Bt. before 1818.1 She married, secondly, Michael Bruce, son of Patrick Craufurd Bruce and Jane Smith, on 15 August 1818.1 She died on 20 February 1851.1
     From before 1818, her married name became Parker.1 From 15 August 1818, her married name became Bruce.1

     General Michael Bruce was born on 8 May 1823.1 He was the son of Michael Bruce and Marianne Dallas.1 He married Anna Maria Frances Stuart, daughter of James Stuart and Charlotte Christie, in 1847.1 He died on 29 September 1883 at age 60,, leaving:.1
     General Michael Bruce gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Grenadier Guards.1
