     William de Dacre, 5th Lord Dacre was born circa 1357.1 He was the son of Hugh de Dacre, 4th Lord Dacre and Elizabeth Maxwell.1 He married Mary (?)2 He died on 20 July 1399.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Lord Dacre [E., 1321] on 24 December 1383.1

     Joan Dacre, Baroness Dacre was born circa 1433.2 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Dacre and Elizabeth Bowett.2 She married Sir Richard Fiennes, son of Sir Roger Fiennes and Elizabeth Holland, circa June 1446.1 She died before 8 March 1485/86.2
     From circa June 1446, her married name became Fiennes. She succeeded as the 7th Baroness Dacre [E., 1321] on 5 January 1457/58, suo jure.2

     Sir Richard Fiennes was the son of Sir Roger Fiennes and Elizabeth Holland.2 He married Joan Dacre, Baroness Dacre, daughter of Sir Thomas Dacre and Elizabeth Bowett, circa June 1446.2 He married Philippa Dacre, daughter of Sir Thomas Dacre and Elizabeth Bowett, circa June 1446.2 He died on 25 November 1483.2
     After his marriage, Sir Richard Fiennes was styled as Lord Dacre in right of his wife on 9 October 1459.1

     Ralph Dacre, 1st Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) was the son of Thomas Dacre, 6th Lord Dacre and Lady Philippe Neville.1 He married Eleanor FitzHugh, daughter of Henry FitzHugh, 5th Lord FitzHugh.1 He died on 29 March 1461, killed in action.1
     He was also known as Randolf.1 He was created 1st Lord Dacre, of Gilsland [England by writ] on 9 October 1459.1 He fought in the Battle of Towton on 29 March 1461, on the Lancastrian side.1 In 1461/62 he was posthumously attainted.1

     Humphrey Dacre, 1st Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) was the son of Thomas Dacre, 6th Lord Dacre and Lady Philippe Neville.2 He married Mabel Parr, daughter of Sir Thomas Parr.2 He died on 30 May 1485.1
     In 1461/62 he was attainted, and was pardoned c 1473.2 He was created 1st Lord Dacre, of Gilsland [England by writ] on 8 April 1473.2
