Francis Hawley, 1st Baron Hawley of Duncannon was born circa 1608.2 He was the son of Sir Henry Hawley and Elizabeth Paulett.2 He married Jane Gibbes, daughter of Sir Ralph Gibbes and Gertrude Wroughton.2 He died on 22 December 1684.2
