Captain William Boyle Moore was born on 16 April 1846.2 He is the son of Francis Moore and Susanna Wilkieson.2 He married, firstly, Alice Mainwaring, daughter of Gordon Mainwaring, on 1 May 1878.2 He married, secondly, Ada Cicely Bowyer-Smijth, daughter of Reverend Alfred John Edward Bowyer-Smijth and Mary Constantia Rolt, on 15 January 1880.1 He died on 29 August 1902 at age 56.2
