     Charles Francis Leslie Boyce was born on 26 February 1936.1 He was the son of Sir Harold Leslie Boyce, 1st Bt. and Maybery Browse Bevan.1 He married Elizabeth Todd, daughter of William Todd, on 19 January 1963.1 He died in 1985.1
     Charles Francis Leslie Boyce was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the service of the 1st Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 5th Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment (Territorial Army).1
