     Wastel Brisco was born on 26 September 1838.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Brisco, 3rd Bt. and Annie Drewry Rimington.1 He died on 10 February 1866 at age 27.1
     Wastel Brisco gained the rank of officer in the service of the 11th Hussars.1
