     Sir Alexander Cornewall Duff-Gordon, 3rd Bt. was born in 1811. He was the son of Sir William Duff-Gordon, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Cornewall. He married Lucy Austin in 1840.1 He died in October 1872.
     Sir Alexander Cornewall Duff-Gordon, 3rd Bt. gained the title of 3rd Baronet Duff.

     Sir Maurice Duff-Gordon, 4th Bt. was born in 1849.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Cornewall Duff-Gordon, 3rd Bt. and Lucy Austin.1 He married, firstly, Frances Waterton, daughter of Henry Waterton and Isabella Ogle, in 1872.1 He married, secondly, Sophie Mary Steer in 1894. He died on 5 May 1896 at Virginia Water.1
     Sir Maurice Duff-Gordon, 4th Bt. gained the title of 4th Baronet Duff.
