     Polly Williams was born on 5 January 1950 at Sussex, England.1 She was the daughter of Hugh Anthony Glanmor Williams and Margaret Vyner.1 She married, firstly, John Bloomfield.1 She married, secondly, Hon. Nigel Havers, son of Robert Michael Oldfield Havers, Baron Havers and Carol Elizabeth Lay, on 12 December 1989 at Register Office, Chelsea, London, England.2 She died on 24 June 2004 at age 54.3
     Her married name became Bloomfield.1 She was educated at Cobham Hall, Cobham, Surrey, England.1 From 12 December 1989, her married name became Havers.1

     Robert Michael Oldfield Havers, Baron Havers was born on 10 March 1923.3 He was the son of Sir Cecil Robert Havers and Enid Snelling.2 He married Carol Elizabeth Lay. He died on 1 April 1992 at age 69.3
     Robert Michael Oldfield Havers, Baron Havers was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.).3 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.).3 Robert Michael Oldfield Havers, Baron Havers usually went by his middle name of Michael.3 He held the office of Lord Chancellor between June 1987 and October 1987.3 He was created Baron Havers, of St. Edmundsbury in the County of Suffolk [U.K. Life Peer] on 22 June 1987.1
