     Randall Crawley was born on 14 July 1950 at London, England.1 He was the son of Aidan Merivale Crawley.1 He married Marita Georgina Phillips, daughter of Lt.-Col. Harold Pedro Joseph Phillips and Georgina Wernher, on 3 November 1982 at London, England.1 He died on 10 September 1988 at age 38 at Italy, killed in an air crash.2

     Aidan Merivale Crawley was born on 10 April 1908.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Stafford Crawley.2 He married Virginia Cowles, daughter of Dr. Edward Spencer Cowles and Florence Wolcott Jacquith, in 1945. He died on 3 November 1993 at age 85.1
     Aidan Merivale Crawley was editor-in-chief of ITN.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.).1 He was invested as a Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.).1
