Emily Dunbar Burns was born in 1893.¹ She was the daughter of James Cleland Burns, 3rd Baron Inverclyde of Castle Wemyss and Charlotte Mary Emily Nugent-Dunbar.¹ She married Gerald Morell McKenna, son of Theodore McKenna and Ethel Margaret Morell Mackenzie, in 1921.² She died on 4 January 1988.¹
      From 1921, her married name became McKenna.²

     Gerald Morell McKenna was born circa 1891 at Marylebone, London, England.¹ He was the son of Theodore McKenna and Ethel Margaret Morell Mackenzie.¹ He married Hon. Emily Dunbar Burns, daughter of James Cleland Burns, 3rd Baron Inverclyde of Castle Wemyss and Charlotte Mary Emily Nugent-Dunbar, in 1921.¹ He died in 1949, without issue.²
     He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Royal Navy.²

      From 5 September 1918, her married name became Maclean.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).¹ She was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹

     Catriona Louisa Maclean, 17th of Ardgour was born on 27 August 1919.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander John Hew Maclean, 16th of Ardgour and Hon. Muriel Annette Burns.¹ She died on 28 January 1998 at age 78.¹

     Anne Maclean was born on 2 June 1921.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander John Hew Maclean, 16th of Ardgour and Hon. Muriel Annette Burns.¹ She married Commander Charles Francis Alington on 25 November 1944.¹ She died on 1 May 1981 at age 59.¹
      From 25 November 1944, her married name became Alington.¹

     Commander Charles Francis Alington was born on 8 March 1919.¹ He married Anne Maclean, daughter of Alexander John Hew Maclean, 16th of Ardgour and Hon. Muriel Annette Burns, on 25 November 1944.¹
