     James Fortescue Crichton-Stuart was born on 3 March 1864.1 He was the son of Herbert Crichton-Stuart and Fanny Adelaide Labouchere.1 He married Lilian Louisa Newman, daughter of Thomas Holdsworth Newman and Elizabeth Laura Smith, on 29 September 1894.1 He died on 10 May 1932 at age 68.1
