     Hope Long was born circa 1644 at Wraxall, Wiltshire, England.2 He was the son of John Long and Catherine Paynter.1,2 He married, firstly, Mary Long, daughter of John Longe and Anne (?), on 26 June 1671 at Wiltshire, England.2 He married, secondly, Grace Blanchard on 15 March 1691 at Wiltshire, England.2 He died on 21 May 1715 at South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England.2 He was buried at St. James Church, South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England.2
