     Isabella Charlotte Louisa Kingscote was born on 26 January 1831 at Kingscote, Gloucestershire, England.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Henry Kingscote and Lady Isabella Anne Frances Somerset.1 She married Captain James Martin on 29 November 1854 at Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England.1 She died on 22 June 1907 at age 76, without issue.1
     From 29 November 1854, her married name became Martin.2 She lived in 1881 at 20 Seymour Street, London, England.2
