     Sir Charles William Cuffe Burton, 5th Bt. was born on 13 January 1823 at Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Benjamin Burton and Grace Anne Roberts.1 He married Georgiana Mary Dallas, daughter of David Haliburton Dallas and Mary Anne Yorke, on 15 December 1861 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 2 October 1902 at age 79 at Pollerton, County Carlow, IrelandG.1 He was buried at Killeshin Cemetery, Killeshin, County Laois, IrelandG.1 His will (dated 6 July 1882) was proven (by probate), at £62,347.1
     He matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 9 June 1841.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Burton, of Dublin [I., 1758] on 17 May 1842.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1845 in the 1st Dragoons.1 He retired from the military in 1849.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Carlow in 1851.1 He lived at Pollacton, County Carlow, IrelandG.2
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     Georgiana Mary Dallas was the daughter of David Haliburton Dallas and Mary Anne Yorke.1 She married Sir Charles William Cuffe Burton, 5th Bt., son of Benjamin Burton and Grace Anne Roberts, on 15 December 1861 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 15 March 1904 at Pollerton, County Carlow, IrelandG.1
     From 15 December 1861, her married name became Burton.1

     Lt.-Col. Adolphus William Desart Burton was born circa 1827.2 He was the son of Benjamin Burton and Grace Anne Roberts.2 He married Sophia Louisa Slade, daughter of General Sir John Slade, 1st Bt. and Matilda Ellen Dawson, on 11 June 1863.3 He died on 11 February 1882.2
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 7th Dragoon Guards.3

     Grace Ellen Burton was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Adolphus William Desart Burton and Sophia Louisa Slade.1,2 She married Sir Francis Charles Edward Denys-Burton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir George William Denys, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Eliza Perceval, on 16 September 1890.3 She died on 3 December 1935.3
     From 16 September 1890, her married name became Denys. She lived in 1902 at Pollacton, County Carlow, IrelandG.3 From 1905, her married name became Denys-Burton.1
