     Lt.-Col. Charles Humphrey John Butler was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, U.S.A., in 1953 with a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.).1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the U.S. Army Reserves.1 He lived in 2003 at 11210 Thomlar Drive, Fairfax Station, Virginia, U.S.A..1
