     Reverend Stewart Gordon Ponsonby was the son of Captain Charles Ponsonby.2 He married Mary Catherine Buxton, daughter of Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Victoria Noel, on 27 November 1889.1 He died on 11 July 1938.1
     Reverend Stewart Gordon Ponsonby held the office of Prebendary and Chancellor of Exeter Cathedral.1 He was the Rector at St. Mary le Bow, Cheapside, London, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1

     Victoria Alexandrina Buxton was born on 5 January 1874.1 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Victoria Noel.2 She married Lothar Henry George de Bunsen on 25 June 1904.1 She died on 30 May 1953 at age 79.1
     From 25 June 1904, her married name became de Bunsen.
