     Madeleine Jane Cahn was born in March 1949.1 She is the daughter of Sir Albert Jonas Cahn, 2nd Bt. and Malka Bluestone.2 She married, firstly, Richard Albert Smith in 1979.1 She and Richard Albert Smith were divorced in 1987.1 She married, secondly, David Thomas Waller on 9 August 1997.1
     From 1979, her married name became Smith. From 9 August 1997, her married name became Waller.1 She lived in 2003 at 52 Cascade Road, London, England.1
